I understood well the strategies that company do in order to be competitive whether being a low cost provider or being different to becoming a best cost and focus niche strategy. I remembered that when doing a strategy, it should not be easily imitated by the rivals and value chain activities for the company is really important.

i just have one question sir is it possible that a company is doing two strategies at the same time? or the company should just focus on one strategy
